Making butter is a long procedure and you need to follow a lot of steps very carefully. If you carry out the following procedure you should produce high – quality butter.
Firstly, check the fresh milk for quality and fat content. Then leave the milk to cool. After that separate the cream and be careful when you do that. Then churn the cream and after that drain the butter milk from the butter. After that you place the butter in a jar to keep it safe from dust. Then wash the butter with cold water to remove remaining butter milk .After that add a small amount of salt for flavor then cut and wrap the butter and store it in a fridge.
As we can see that procedure looks easy but if you want good butter you need to follow that method step by step and you have to be ready for everything to get the best butter.
